SESSION 1: TELEPRESENCE (1hr)

Know your brand.
I am here to help you remember who you are and how to hold this confidently to camera.
Camera angles, lighting and best equipment in your budget recommended.

SESSION 2: IMAGE & SCRIPTING (1.5hrs)

Using image consultancy, your branding and the energy of colours, we’ll get straight to the best colours, styles and accessories for you to wear.
Scripting and editing what we will be recording.
Learn the art of storytelling
Feel into language that works.

SESSION 3: COMMUNICATION (1.5hrs)

We’ll get straight to incremental shifts you can make immediately to confidently show up and be who you are meant to be.
Record, Review, Communication Coaching (as per broadcast news standard), Repeat - until you shift the inner saboteurs and are aligned and embodied in speaking with authenticity and impact.

SESSION 4: FINAL RECORDING (1hr)

Here we bring it all together and you turn up with your new outfit with the camera and lights that work best for your space.
An opportunity to finesse and review any final questions.
We record a final video that can be used and shared for your social media channels.
